Return Process

  Visit our 'My Orders' section or contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags intact, including the traditional dhoti or shirt packaging.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted logistics partners.

  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
